How to find the office - Hours By appointment
- Payment Payment is due at time of service; cash or check preferred, cards accepted. Receipts are available and typically eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Because each visit is a dedicated one-on-one appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and missed appointments may be subject to a $50 fee. Life happens, though — if something comes up, just reach out, and I'll always do my best to work with you.
A note on urgent or emergency concerns
Conway Physical Therapy isn't set up for emergencies. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. For a new, unexplained, or rapidly worsening symptom, please start with your physician or an appropriate medical provider — and you're always welcome to reach out afterward if physical therapy is the right next step.

Look for the building with the large Women’s Care Center sign, next door to McDonald’s. Conway Physical Therapy is inside 920 Wellness Studio on the second floor.
Enter through the front entrance, then take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Go to Suite 202 and make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. I’ll come get you when it’s time for your appointment.
